30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To get the item you want quickly, we recommend returning your current item and placing a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll also need your proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you about whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a little longer for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
